Privacy Policy

Redo Services
Notice must be given to SES.STYLE Beauty Salon within 72 hours of the original appointment. Any corrective service must be scheduled and completed within 7 days of that appointment. SES.STYLE reserves the right to consult with the guest before booking a redo. If the guest requests additional work that was not part of the original consultation, this will be considered a new service and may incur additional charges. Due to our thorough consultation process, we do not offer refunds on services for any reason.


Guest Safety
To ensure the safety of our guests and staff—and to provide each guest with our full attention—only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor. All others must wait in the reception area, as required by our insurance provider. Children are not allowed in the spa or nail areas and must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the premises.


Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges on unused products within 7 days of purchase, when returned in-salon. Exchanges may be made for another product of equal value. Promotional pricing will not be honored on exchanges.


Late Arrivals & Cancellations
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to ensure quality and timeliness. Due to high demand, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.


Consultations
All services begin with a detailed consultation—an essential part of your experience. We listen closely to your goals and concerns, and ask that you inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or specific preferences. Our team will explain the service process, products used, pricing, and expected timing. Please note: color corrections and transformations may require multiple sessions.


Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, and cash. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. The pricing shown on our website reflects the total cost of the service, including a service charge. While our booking system separates this charge internally for accounting purposes, it is already included in the listed price. Please note that the service charge is not displayed within the online booking portal.


Personal Property
We provide smocks to protect your clothing during services; however, SES.STYLE is not responsible for damage to personal items, including color stains. Please keep your belongings with you at all times, as we are not liable for lost or stolen items.
