Service guarantee policy :
Redo services: Notice must be given to SES.STYLE beauty salon within 72 hours of the appointment and the work must be completed within 7 days of the appointment. SES.STYLE beauty salon has the right to consult first and discuss with the guest about the appointment. If the guest would like additional work done that was not discussed in the original consultation, this would be an additional appointment and may come with additional fees. Because of our thorough consultation process, there are no refunds of services for any reason.
Guest safety:
To ensure the safety of our guests/staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor. All other guests are asked to wait in the reception area, as required by our insurance provider. Children are not allowed in the spa or nail area at any time and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Exchanges: We will gladly exchange an unused product, within seven days of purchase in our salon, for another product. Promotional pricing will not be extended.
Late/ Cancellations:
If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that the service may need to be rescheduled to ensure we give you the best experience possible. SES.STYLE beauty salon appointment times are limited due to high demand. For this reason, if you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request notice 24 hours in advance.
Consultation:
All services begin with a thorough consultation — the most important part of the experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As wishes are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns, allergies or medical conditions. Our service providers will also offer product recommendations, as well as discuss routine maintenance. Before the service is performed, stylists will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used. We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits.
Payments:
Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks and cash are all accepted methods of payment. We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash app. The pricing listed on our website reflects the total cost of your service, which includes a service charge. Our booking system divides the cost into two separate charges on our backend for accounting purposes. Please note that the pricing within the online booking portal does not include this service charge.
Personal property:
We provide smocks to protect your clothing during services, but we are not responsible for any damage to clothing, including color stains. Please keep your personal belongings with you, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
